  1. COMPASSION + SELF-LOVE: The first step in walking toward a healthier life is finding compassion within yourself and for others. Together, we will work to get rid of any unhealthy mindset or relationship you might have with yourself surrounding food and/or exercise. This is the single most important asset to truly achieving any goal you have in life.
  2. KNOWLEDGE + PURPOSE: I will provide you with all of the information and resources you need to continue your success for years and years to come. It’s not only about “eating more greens,” it’s about… why should you eat more greens? Once you start to feel confident with the knowledge of healthy food and best practices, you will be able to better incorporate it into your lifestyle.
  3. CONFIDENCE + ENERGY: You will be given constant support in getting yourself moving and exercising, as you dive into new experiences with fresh confidence. I know what it’s like to feel “not good enough,” and to me, the best part about my job is giving someone the tools they need to begin to feel confident in their own skin. The time of passive, sedentary, exhausted days will be long gone.

I want people to have a positive attitude where they feel like they can do anything.
